The pressure transmitter uses a piezoresistive sensor with a stainless steel isolation diaphragm as the signal measurement element, and is automatically tested by a computer, and the zero point and sensitivity temperature compensation over a wide temperature range is performed using a laser resistance adjustment process. The amplifier circuit is located in the stainless steel housing and converts the sensor signal into a standard output signal.

Working Principle

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

The pressure ofthe mediumto be measured acts directly on the diaphragm ofthe sensor, causing the diaphragm to produce a micro-displacement proportional to the medium pressure, causing the resistance value ofthe sensor to change, and the electronic circuit detects this change and converts and outputs a standard measurement signal corresponding to this pressure.

It can bedirectly installed on the hydraulic pipeline through the pressure pipe joint (DIN3582 external thread M20*1.5) (other size joints can be specified when ordering). In critical applications (such as severe vibration or impact), the pressure pipe joint can be mechanically decoupled through a micro hose.
