Installation Precautions

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                  

  1. When installing horizontally, it is recommended to install the switch at a horizontal downward angle of 15 ℃ to 20 ℃ to reduce material impact.
  2. The entrance of the junction box must face downwards, and the cable fixing nut must be locked tightly.
  3. During power transmission, it should be confirmed that the voltage used is correct.
  4. The load of the controlled circuit must match the capacity of the switch contacts.
  5. Avoid bridge breakers or vibration motors near the installation of the product.
  6. Avoid installing switches near the feeding port to reduce blade damage and misoperation during feeding;If the switch must be installed near the feeding port, please place it 200mm above the switch Install a 2mm wide protective barrier.
  7.  When installing each product, choose horizontal or vertical installation according to its model.
  8. When disassembling and installing the adjustable shaft length switch on site, the universal joint is connected to the transmission shaf When connecting, the locking nut must be coated with oxygen deficient adhesive and then tightened with a wrench.
  9. On site installation and maintenance must comply with the warning of "open the cover after disconnecting the power".
  10. There are no toxic gases present at the installation site that can corrode aluminum alloys.
  11. The maximum temperature of the tested medium should not exceed the temperature indicated on the product label.
  12. Do not directly strike the blades and drive shaft during product installation.
